ROCHESTER, N.H.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—BrandPartners Retail, a leading provider of differentiated retail environments with principal focus on the financial services industry, and a wholly owned subsidiary of BrandPartners Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BPTR), has announced the realignment of three key executive positions in order to more comprehensively meet its clients’ retail communications and business objectives.
In these new positions, Jessica Gilsdorf and Sue Dowd will serve as vice presidents, and Allyson Gaherty, director, of Retail Communications Strategy. Alongside BrandPartners’ extensive team of brand and retail communication experts, they will be responsible for applying the company’s proprietary branding and retail communications design methodologies in engagements with BrandPartners’ clients.
Courtney Grover, BrandPartners chief operating officer said, “This group’s exceptional strategic insights, diverse experience, and deep industry knowledge make them ideally suited for their new roles. Combined, they have nearly twenty years of commitment to our company, and their understanding of the changing needs of our clients and the industry is unparalleled.”
With over seventeen years experience in strategic communications and marketing in the retail industry, Jessica Gilsdorf has been instrumental in spearheading the development of BrandPartners industry-leading Retail Communications platform since joining the company in 1998. Jessica has facilitated countless strategic branding, point-of-sale, and advanced environmental design initiatives, primarily at tier-one bank account levels. Drawing from her (non-financial) retail agency experience, she has successfully guided client strategy and design in numerous holistic retail brand translation endeavors.
Sue Dowd has worked in the branding and customer engagement disciplines for nearly twenty years. Since joining BrandPartners in 2006, she has successfully led teams in translating client business objectives into branded retail environments designed to engage the customer, improve product awareness, and ultimately increase client revenues. Prior to joining BrandPartners, Sue held key branding and consultative positions, primarily in the financial services and retail sectors, while working at agencies including Trinity Communications and Hill Holiday.
Allyson Gaherty, newly appointed director, Retail Communications Strategy for BrandPartners’ Design/Build group, brings an extensive background of expertise in all aspects of creative design management. Allyson has integrated numerous high-impact retail communication strategies into the development of multi-faceted programs that align with client objectives. Before joining BrandPartners in 2001, Allyson held positions in both branding and architectural design firms that include MicroArts and The Design Partnership of Cambridge.
James Brooks, president and chief executive added, “These changes to our branding and retail communications group allow us to better integrate core corporate functions that support our proprietary, holistic approach. This approach has allowed us to build the largest Retail Communications client base in our industry and enabled us to service more than 30,000 branches. We are also realigning our Retail Communications operations by increasing organizational support while continuing to strengthen national, regional, community bank and credit union account relationships. Expanding this capability permits the account teams to be closer to, and more directly in line with, the changing needs of our clients.”
